The Pichwai Kamdhenu, the wish-fulfilling cow, the symbol of abundance and divine grace in the Pushtimarg tradition, hand-formed in 925 sterling silver and finished in hand-laid enamel. The art descends from Nathdwara, where Pichwai painting has adorned the shrine of Shrinathji for more than three centuries; here that devotional language is carried, in the temple palette, into a piece you can wear.
At 1.6 inches, this is the most compact of the three sizes, understated and refined, the kind of piece that sits quietly on a lapel and rewards a closer look. Its scale, and its place at the most accessible point of the design, make it a natural first Pichwai piece and a considered gift. The enamel is laid by eye, so no two are quite alike.
It is worn on the bandhgala, sherwani, kurta, or blazer, and equally as a saree pin or sir pench, a devotional object first, a piece of fine jewellery always. The same design is offered in larger 1.75-inch and 2.25-inch sizes, for those who prefer more presence.
