Gift Packaging
If your purchase is a gift, we offer gift wrapping for 100 INR per item, along with a message of your choice. Free gift packaging is available during promotional periods, which will be clearly mentioned on the cart page. Your gift will arrive in elegant Revajewell packaging. Whether you give the gift in person or have us deliver it directly, it’s sure to leave a lasting impression.
To add a free gift message, simply use the gift message text box on the shopping bag/cart page. Your message will be printed on a special card and included with your Revajewell order.
Order Processing Time
All Revajewell jewelry is made to order with extreme precision, love and emotions by our talented and skilled artisans.
In-Stock Items: If we have items ready to ship, they will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Out of Stock Items: For items not in stock, please contact us through our contact page or the inquiry form on the product page. We will confirm payment and delivery dates with you.
Peak Seasons: During busy times, like sales or holidays, processing and delivery might take longer due to high order volumes. Allow extra time for weekends, bank holidays, and busy periods like Akshay Tritiya, Rakhi, Dhanteras, Diwali, and Public holidays.
Delivery Times: After your order is made
- Within India: Expect delivery 7 working days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Shipping takes 15-20 working days.
Order Confirmation: Once your item is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number so you can track your order.
Customize and Special Orders: Customize items like bands, personalized pieces, and engraved designs take more time. The production time depends on the design’s complexity, the rarity of the gemstones (which can be sourced by us or provided by you), and the craftsmanship involved. Special orders typically take 8-14 weeks to complete, depending on the details of your chosen piece. We’ll keep you updated on delivery times via email. Our design team will discuss all the details and delivery timeline with you until you’re fully satisfied before starting the work.
Stock and Delivery: If your order is out of stock, it will be custom-made for you, which may take 2-3 weeks. Details like the weight of materials and the number of stones or carats are for reference only and may differ slightly in the final piece.
Possible Delays: Delivery times can vary depending on the availability of the items. You’ll be informed about the expected delivery date when you place your order. Although rare, delays can happen. We aim to ship on time, but sometimes production or quality checks may take a bit longer. These delays are usually minor and help ensure your jewelry meets our high standards. If a delay is expected, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver the quality you expect from Revajewell.
Sustainability: If you order multiple items, we will ship everything together unless you request separate shipments.
Payment: All deliveries will be processed and shipped only after payment is confirmed and funds are received.

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders on time. Delivery times vary based on your location. Standard shipping usually takes 10 to 20 business days. If you're unsure whether your address is in a main city or a remote area, please contact us by email. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays and weekends.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and the actual delivery may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges/Fees:
India: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
International: Shipping charges for international orders depend on your location and are shown at checkout. These charges are non-refundable.
Shipping rates for many items are based on weight. To match the policies of our shipping companies, all weights are rounded up to the next whole number.
For deliveries within India, we aim to deliver within 7 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays. Please allow extra time for weekends, bank holidays, and busy periods like Akshay Tritiya, Rakhi, Dhanteras, and Diwali.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to check the progress of your shipment.
To track your order, wait for our email with the tracking details. Check both your inbox and spam folder. Copy the tracking number from the email and paste it on the courier's website to get updates.
Delivery times can vary by country and location. If you need to contact the courier or shipping company about your package, please reach out to them directly and have your tracking number ready.
Cash On Delivery (COD) :
Please note that we do not offer Cash On Delivery for any orders, anywhere.
Packaging:
Each product goes through several quality checks to ensure it is perfect and safe for delivery. After passing these checks, the jewelry is packed in zip-lock pouches or butter paper and wrapped in bubble wrap to keep it secure. We use sturdy packaging to make sure your order arrives in excellent condition.
Your jewelry will be delivered in a stylish Revajewell branded box. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@revajewell.com, and we will assist you.
Lost Parcels:
At Revajewell, we ensure your orders are shipped securely and on time. If your parcel is missing or hasn’t arrived, let us know within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We send updates via email/SMS, so it’s your job to track your order and inform us if there’s an issue.
We will start an investigation with our shipping partner if you notify us on time. We can’t help if you report the problem after 72 hours from when the courier marked it as delivered. If you don’t track your order and inform us promptly, we won’t be able to assist you.
The dispute resolution process can take 10-21 working days. Refunds will only be processed after we receive official confirmation from the courier service. We understand this can be frustrating and will work hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please avoid requesting a refund before the investigation is complete. We are committed to finding a resolution and appreciate your patience.

Redirect orders:
Once your order is dispatched, you can't change the address, payment method, or any other details.
We can't redirect orders once they leave our warehouse, so please give us a shipping address where you can sign for and receive your order. If you need to redirect your parcel after it's been sent, contact the courier directly. You will be responsible for any changes and their impact on delivery, and Revajewell won't be liable for any issues that arise from redirecting your order.

For international orders, be aware that you may need to pay customs fees, import duties, and local taxes that are not included in our prices.
