All Revajewell jewelry purchases are final and specially made for each customer. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before making a purchase decision. Please take your time to choose your items wisely.

Revajewell can refuse a return if the item doesn’t pass quality checks, is worn, or is mishandled. In such cases, we will return the item to you. We also reserve the right to refuse any exchange or replacement request that doesn’t meet our requirements, without further notice or explanation. 

Our jewelry might have visible marks on the surface due to standard manufacturing processes. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for this reason. Also please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, there may be slight variations in weight from piece to piece, even for the same product design or creation. Each item is uniquely crafted, which can lead to small differences in the final weight. 

Additionally, we've tried our best to display the colors and images of our products accurately on our website. However, due to differences in screens and devices, the colors, textures, and finishes may look different in person. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for this reason, and we will not accept any requests or inquiries about it.

This natural variation is a stamp of authenticity of artisanal craftsmanship, ensuring that each piece is one-of-a-kind. As a result, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to weight differences. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.

You are responsible for taking care of your delicate jewelry. We do not offer replacements if the item is lost or becomes defective due to improper care on your part.

Exchanges/Replacements:

We only offer exchanges in cases where the item is defective or does not match your order. An exchange or replacement is available in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is defective on arrival.
  • The product is damaged due to the parcel being harmed during transit.

If you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged order, we ask that you provide a full unboxing video from start to finish, showing all labels clearly. This video helps us verify the issue and assists with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

To request an exchange or replacement, please email us at admin@Revajewell.com with your concern and include the unboxing video within 6 hours of receiving the delivery. Requests made after this time may not qualify for assistance.

Once we receive your email and video, our team will review the details and decide on the next steps based on our assessment.

All items must be returned in new, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns should be sent within 2 days of purchase and include your order number starting with #000. Returns sent without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted or entertained.

Returned items labeled as faulty will be inspected. Items showing normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty. Items that don’t meet our return policy will be sent back without a refund.

If you've requested a return and agreed to send the product back, but we don’t receive it or proof of shipment within 2 days of purchase, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

To start an exchange, email us at hello@revajewell.com. We’ll give you the return address via email. If your exchange request is approved by our experts, we’ll send you a confirmation email and ship the replacement item to the address you provide.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it considering the time mentioned and explained above. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can look into the problem and fix it.

Exclusions

Please be aware that any issues caused by not following our jewelry care instructions (available at Jewelry Care) are not eligible for refund, replacement or exchange. We will not accept requests related to these concerns.

At Revajewell, we provide clear care guidelines to help keep your jewelry in the best condition. It’s important to follow these instructions to preserve your pieces.

Any damage or problems caused by improper care, such as exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals or rough handling, will not be covered for replacement under any circumstances.

Cancellation

Order Cancellations by Revajewell:

We do our best to fulfill every order, but in rare cases, we may need to cancel an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order or request that doesn’t meet our requirements without prior notice or explanation. This could happen due to system errors or other unexpected issues.

If we need to cancel part or all of your order, we will notify you. Any payment for canceled items will be refunded to your account within 10-15 business days.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

Once an order is processed, we cannot accept cancellations from the customer. Please make sure to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

Adjustments:

If you did order an incorrect size or your jewelry doesn’t fit, we do offer exchanges for the same. The request for a new correct size should be made within 12 hours from the order or purchase made. The Adjustments request will be accepted only for 1 time.

If you ordered the wrong size or your jewelry doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange for the correct size. This request must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot accept any exchange or adjustment requests after 12 hours, or once the order has left our warehouse, is ready for dispatch, or has already been shipped. Please note, adjustments are only allowed one time.

Replating/ Repair:

If your jewelry needs replating to restore its shine or if it’s broken and needs repair, you can send it back to us using the original packaging we provided. We will handle the repair or replating for you, but there will be an additional cost based on the work needed.

Please note: You will need to pay for both shipping and the repair or replating service.

Refunds
