The Pichwai Kamdhenu, the wish-fulfilling cow, the symbol of abundance and grace in the Pushtimarg tradition, hand-formed in 925 sterling silver and finished in warm gold plating. The art descends from Nathdwara, where Pichwai painting has adorned the shrine of Shrinathji for more than three centuries; the gold gives that devotional motif a richer, more regal warmth than our white-silver pieces.
This is the largest of the gold-plated cow brooches, at 2.25 inches. The scale gives it real presence, a piece that anchors a lapel and holds the eye, where the smaller sizes are quieter. The gold finish reads especially well against dark formalwear and festive attire.
It is worn on the bandhgala, sherwani, or blazer, and equally as a saree pin or sir pench, a devotional object first, a piece of fine craft always. The same gold-plated design is offered in 1.75-inch, 1.6-inch, and 1.3-inch sizes.
