The Pichwai Kamdhenu, the wish-fulfilling cow, the symbol of abundance and grace in the Pushtimarg tradition, hand-formed in 925 sterling silver and finished in warm gold plating. The art descends from Nathdwara, where Pichwai painting has adorned the shrine of Shrinathji for more than three centuries; the gold gives that devotional motif a richer, more regal warmth than our white-silver pieces.

At 1.75 inches, this is the most versatile of the gold-plated cow brooches, substantial enough to be noticed, restrained enough to wear every day rather than save for occasions. The gold finish reads especially well against dark formalwear and festive attire.

It is worn on the bandhgala, sherwani, or blazer, and equally as a saree pin or sir pench, a devotional object first, a piece of fine craft always. The same gold-plated design is offered in a bolder 2.25-inch and more compact 1.6-inch and 1.3-inch sizes.
